How to Install 2018-2022 Jeep Compass Map Lights Bulbs

The following information is step-by-step instructions on how to install your new LED T10 Wedge 168 194 LED Bulbs Interior Lights Replacement
For this installation, you’ll need:
- Curved trim puller tool.
Step #1
Begin in the map lights of your 2018-2022 Jeep Compass.
Step #2
Slide the trim tool into the edge of the light housing and pry the clips free.
Step #3
There are two more clips closest to the windshield.
Step #4
Pull the housing away from the windshield to remove it.
Step #5
You can see how the rear clips fit into the slots and the front clips hang on the light housing.
Step #6
Remove the map light socket by tipping the socket towards the front.
Step #7
Pull the incandescent bulb from the socket
Step #8
Replace with the LED and test it
Step #9
Replace the socket back into the housing.
Step #10
Now repeat the same steps for the driver side map light.
Step #11
Remove the socket and pull out the incandescent bulb.
Step #12
Replace with the LED bulb and test it.
Step #13
Push the socket back into the housing.
Step #14
Line up the clips near the windshield and push the housing onto the clips.
Step #15
Lift the back side of the housing up until the clips lock in place.
