You may find your halogen bulbs are quite dim, which may make it hard to see in front, especially in bad weather or severe driving conditions. Upgrading your old halogen bulbs of your 2008 Lexus IS250 to new aftermarket LED bulbs can add a great new look to your vehicle as well as enhance visibility at night for safer driving experience.
If choose to upgrade your old halogen bulbs to new LED bulbs, it is best to confirm you have the correct LED replacement bulb by referencing the original stock halogen bulb part number located in the vehicles direct owner’s manual or directly on the original bulb. Â
Below we will show you how to install your new ALLA Lighting LED bulbs to your 2008 Lexus IS250 Fog light.

The following information is a step by step instructions on how to install your new 9006 LED fog lights.Â

Tools Required: The following will be the recommended tools required for your installation.Â
10mm wrench, Flat head screwdriver or trim removal tool
Lets Get Started!!!
Step: 1) In order to access your fog light bulb you must open one side of the plastic fender liner to gain access to the bulb. For more access turn the wheel inward. There is a total of 5 clips and bolts that line the fender edge and bottom. To remove the plastic clip use a screwdriver to turn the clip so that the clip is horizontal, after which you can lift the inside clip and then pull it out. Remove the 10mm bolt along the front lip spoiler on both sides. Once done so you can pull the fender liner back enough to gain access to the bulb.Â
Step: 2) Locate the fog light bulb and twist counter clockwise to free the bulb from the housing.Â
Step: 3) Disconnect the bulb from the vehicle harness by pressing down on the retention clip.Â
Step: 4) Connect the LED bulb to the vehicle harness. and test the bulb for power.Â
*If the bulb does not power try flipping the connector.Â
Step: 5) When installing the LED bulbs, make sure the LED chips on the bulb are left to right so that the bulb uses the side of the reflector and not the top and bottom . Insert the LED bulb into the housing by lining up the tabs and twisting clockwise.Â
Step: 6) Reinstall the plastic fender liners and retaining clips/bolts.Â

Congratulations!! Your installation is now complete. If you experienced any issues in which unable to complete installation please contact us for assistance. If the LED bulbs are experiencing hyper-flashing, flickering, an error code issues, then load resistors for this application will be required to be installed. These issues occur due to the LEDs low current nature which draws much less current than original stock halogen bulbs.
