Tools Needed for Installation:Â
- Flathead screwdriver
The following information is step by step instructions on how to install your new super bright T15 912 W16W 921 CANBUS LED bulbs, error free back up reverse lights 12VÂ
Step #1
We will start by locating the reverse light application in the rear of the vehicle.
Step #2
Open the rear hatch and locate the compartment on the hatchback panel. The cover will have a few clips all around.
Step #3
Using the flat head screwdriver pop off the opening cover. Remember to align the main clips when it’s time to close the cover.
Step #4
Locate reverse light bulb socket, twist counterclockwise and pull out.
Step #5
Remove the incandescent bulb. Install the LED bulb and test it.
Step #6
Next, insert the LED bulb into the housing. This model design does not require twisting the bolt, simply push the bulb into the housing until it is secure.
Step #7
Align the main notches with the cover clips and push into close you will hear the clip snap in.

Next we will repeat the same steps in the passenger side.Â

The panel cover has clips all around, which is important to align when it’s time to close it back up. Using the flathead screwdriver pop off the opening cover.

Locate reverse light bulb socket twist counterclockwise and pull out.
Step #11
Remove the incandescent bulb, install the LED bulb and test it.
Step #12
Next insert the LED bulb into the housing. Again this model design does not require twisting the bulb, simply push the bulb into housing until it is secure.
Step #13
Align the main notches with the cover clips and push into close you will hear the clips snap in.
These new 921 canbus LED reverse light bulbs are significantly brighter than the incandescent bulbs. they illuminate the entire area around the back of your car.
