The Following Information shows step by step the installation instructions on how to install a H7 LED bulb in High Beam Headlight application. 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan
Step #1: Begin by opening the hood
Step #2: Reach behind the headlight housing and remove the dust cover
Step #3:Â Remove the incandescent bulb
- There are 3 clips that hold the bulb in.
- Use your trim tool to rock the bulb from one side to pry the clip.
- Use the trim tool to pry the other side clip.Â
- Remove the bulb from the housing. Note the tab on the bulb is facing up when we removed it.
Step #4: Pull the wire connector off the bulb
Step #5: Plug the LED and test it
Step #6: Feed the driver and any wires into the housingÂ
Step#7: Install the LED bulb
- Â The tab on the bulb will be facing up at the 12 o’clock position when installed.
- Push the bulb in, so the two top clips grab first and then the bottom clip
Step#8:Â Replace the dust cover and do the other side
