How to Change 2016~2023 Toyota Prius Stepwell Lights with 168 W5W LED replacement bulbs

Tool Needed for Installation:Â
- Trim puller tool.
The following information is step by step instructions on how to install your new T10 2825 194 LED lights bulbs 12V SMD replacement for 168 158 194NAK OEM bulbs.
Step #1
The stepwell lights are located inside the door, begin by opening the door.
Step #2
Insert your trim tool into the outside edge of the lens, pry the edge out then pull the assembly out.
Step #3
You can see here how the clip holds in the assembly.
Step #4
Squeeze the tab on the plug and pull it off the assembly.
Step #5
Push the assembly to separate from the lens.
Step #6
There are two clips on each side of the cover, pry out each and pull it off.Â
Step #7
We highlight here where the two pieces fit together.

Pull out the incandescent bulb.
Step #9
Replace it with the LED.
Step #10
Snap the cover back on.Â

Line up the tabs with the lens cover and push it into place.
Step #12
Plug in the wire connector and it should light.
Step #13
Install the inside edge of the assembly first then push it in to lock it.
Step #14
Now repeat those steps on the other side.
