Step #1

The license plate lights are located above the license plate.

Step #2

Insert your trim tool into the slot on the inside edge of the housing.

Step #3

Push it towards the outside, and pull it down.

Step #4

Turn the socket counterclock wise to remove it.

Step #5

Pull out the incandescent bulb.

Replace it with the LED, and test it.

Line up the tabs on the socket with the slots in the housing.

Install the socket back into the housing and turn it clockwise to lock it.

Slide the inside of the assembly first, then push it up into place.

Now repeat those steps on the other side.

Use your trim tool to push it towards the outside and pull it down.

Turn the socket counterclock wise to remove it.

Pull out the incandescent bulb.
