How to High Beam bulbs with all new LED bulbs in a 2019 Honda Passport (2019-2023)
Introduction:
In this post, will explain how to replace stock halogen high beam headlights in a 2019 Honda Passport with all new ALLA LED bulbs and the result will amazed you. With almost 3 times the light output of a regular incandescent bulb, ALLA light High beam in model AG1 is remarkable!
Compatible Vehicles:
2019 Honda Passport (2019-2023)
Tools Needed for Installation:
Phillips screwdriver
The Following Information shows step by step the installation
Step #1: Remove plastic cover
Start on one end and lift the cover straight up, move towards the middle and lift it up again all across the front.
Step #2: Remove the air filter
Unscrew the two screw in front holding the air filter. Then pull out the two anchors to not lose them. Wiggle the filter and pull out the other end.
Step #3: Remove the bulb
Turn the bulb counterclockwise and pull it out. Then push in the tab on the wire connector and pull it of the bulb
Step #4: Install the LED bulb and test it
Line up the tabs on the bulb with the slots in the housing. Install the bulb and turn it clockwise to lock it. Note, some bulbs are polarity sensitive. If bulb doesn’t light, unplug it, flip the plug and plug it back in.
Step #5: Adjust beam pattern if necessary
When bulbs are installed properly, the chips will face out at three o’clock and nine o’clock position. To adjust it, remove the bulb and use the included Allen wrench to loose the chuck. Then rotate the chuck until it aligns with the top tabs. Tighten the Allen screw and reinstall the bulb.
Step #6: Repeat the same steps on the other side
Step #7: Install the air filter back in and replace the plastic cover
For the plastic cover, line up the clips and push it down. Move the hood latch over to get the rest align and push it down all across the front.

If the LED bulbs are experiencing hyper-flashing, flickering, an error code issues, then load resistors for this application will be required to be installed. These issues occur due to the LEDs low current nature which draws much less current than original stock halogen bulbs.
