The following information is step-by-step instructions on how to install your new LED H8 H11 H16 LED Switchback Bulbs Fog Lights, 6K White/3K Yellow
For this installation, you’ll need:
- 5/16 wrench
Step #1
We’ll begin in the passenger side wheel well of your 2014-2022 Jeep Compass.
Step #2
Start by unscrewing the four bolts in the fender liner.
Step #3
Peel back the liner to access the fog light bulb.
Step #4
Gently pull apart the clips holding in the plug and pull the plug from the bulb.
Step #5
Turn the bulb counterclockwise to remove it.
Step #6
Line up the tabs on the new LED bulb with the housing.
Step #7
Push the bulb in and turn it clockwise to lock it.
Step #8
Tuck the fender liner back in and replace the four bolts.
Step #9
Now we’ll repeat the same steps on the driver’s side.
These new switchback LED bulbs are much brighter than the stock incandescent bulbs, and you can easily switch them from white to yellow and back again by turning your fog lights on and off.
