How to Install License Plate Light Bulb LED for 18 Ford Ecosport
Thinking about upgrading your License Light Bulb in your 2018 Ford Ecosport vehicle? ALLA LED bulbs will really make a noticeable difference. 2x to 4x brighter than stock halogen/incandescent bulbs. Tools Needed for Installation: a slotted screwdriver
The Following Information shows step by step the installation instructions on how to install a new License Plate LED light bulb in your 18 Ford Ecosport.
Step #1: use the slotted screwdriver to push in the clip in the little slot on the side of the light
Step #2: turn the socket counterclockwise to unlock it
Step #3: pull out the incandescent bulb (be sure not to use excessive force to avoid bulb breakage)
Step #4: replace incandescent bulb with the LED bulb and test it (turn on application before inserting harness back into housing)
Step 5#: put the socket back into the housing and turn it clockwise to lock it
Step #6: Once locked into housing, insert housing back to application opening towards the side without the clip first and then push it up to lock it in place
Step #7: repeat the same steps on the other side

If you experienced any issues during your installation and unable to complete installation, please contact us for assistance. If the LED bulbs are experiencing hyper-flashing, flickering, an error code issues, then load resistors for this application will be required to be installed. These issues occur due to the LEDs low current nature which draws much less current than original stock halogen bulbs.
